The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM at Timber Ridge Lodge, here's how to get there:
Staying in one of our wedding block hotels? Shuttles will pick you up at 3:45 PM to bring you to River Run Village. Just be ready and waiting at your hotel at 3:45 and we'll take care of the rest!
Staying in an Airbnb or other accommodation? Reach out to Morgan or Dan with your address and we'll let you know if you're near a shuttle stop.
Driving yourself? Arrive at the base of the River Run Gondola by 4:00 PM to begin boarding. Parking is available at River Run Village.
From the top of the River Run Gondola, you'll take a short walk over to the Outpost Gondola for the second leg up to the lodge. Plan to be at Timber Ridge by 4:45 PM so you have time to get settled before the ceremony starts at 5:00 PM.
The gondola ride is part of the experience, you won't want to be rushing, so give yourself plenty of time.

For the ceremony and reception, cocktail attire! Think elevated and festive, somewhere between semi-formal and formal. The one thing we'd flag: you'll be riding gondolas and walking on some mountain terrain to get to the venue, so opt for a block heel or flat. Bring a layer, it gets chilly at altitude once the sun goes down!
Need some inspo? The Knot has a great guide here. -
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, fingers crossed for a gorgeous mountain sunset! We do have a backup plan in place in the event of inclement weather, so no matter what, the party will go on.
-
We're having an unplugged ceremony, we ask that you put your phones and cameras away so you can be fully present with us. Our photographers will be capturing everything! Feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception.

The welcome party and wedding are adults-only, we want everyone to let loose and have the best time! If you're thinking about bringing your kids to Keystone and need babysitter recommendations, reach out to us and we're happy to help get you connected.

Please RSVP by May 31st!

August in Keystone is beautiful but can be unpredictable, expect sunny and warm during the day (highs in the 70s°F) with the possibility of afternoon thunderstorms and cooler evenings (lows in the 50s°F). We highly recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for after the sun goes down.
-
Keystone sits at around 9,300 feet above sea level (the ceremony and reception location is even higher). If you're coming from a lower elevation, give yourself a day to acclimate if you can. Drink plenty of water, go easy on alcohol, and don't forget the sunscreen, the sun is stronger up here than you might expect! We'll also have EMTs present at the ceremony and reception for peace of mind, so if you're not feeling your best, help will be close by.
